We process account information, profile and preference settings, brain dumps, tasks, focus and rescue activity, review data, notification preferences, and support messages when you contact us. Stripe processes payment information; Planlet does not store card numbers.

We use this data to operate the app, generate requested planning suggestions, maintain your account, process subscriptions, secure the service, respond to support requests, and understand aggregated product usage. AI suggestions are generated through configured providers such as OpenAI; do not include information you do not want processed for that purpose.

Planlet uses Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for billing, and AI providers for requested planning assistance. These providers may process data in countries other than yours under their own contractual and technical safeguards.

We keep Planlet data while your account is active unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or billing reasons. You can delete Planlet data from Settings after ending any active Planlet Plus subscription. This removes Planlet-owned data only; shared-login deletion requires separate support handling.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal data. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may update this policy as Planlet changes. Material changes will be posted on this page.
