Planlet is operated by DCP Labs. For privacy questions or personal data requests, contact hello@dcplabs.app.

Planlet processes account information, profile and preference settings, brain dumps, tasks, focus and rescue activity, review data, notification preferences, and support messages you send to us. Payments are processed by Stripe.

When you request an AI planning feature, Planlet sends the planning input needed for that request to OpenAI. Depending on the feature, this can include brain-dump text, task and step titles, task estimates and priorities, energy and planning preferences, selected task identifiers, and a previous recommendation.

Planlet uses that input to generate the planning suggestion you requested. Brain dumps and planning data are saved in Planlet when you save them.

Planlet uses Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for billing, and OpenAI for requested AI planning features.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide and secure Planlet, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Following account deletion or a valid deletion request, we delete or anonymize personal data unless certain information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes.
